What We Do

Childbirth classes prepare you for one of the most important days of your life. These classes will help to ease some of the fear of labor and birth and empower you to work with your body through labor. You and your coach will bond as you learn:

• How to prepare physically and emotionally for labor.
• Comfort measures for Mom (&Coach)

• Relaxation and  massage
• Lamaze breathing techniques
• Pain management options, including medications and natural pain relief.
